I practice counseling from a strengths-based, eclectic stance. I believe clients bring a unique perspective and set of resources to the table and as such require a tailored approach that incorporate their strengths, values, and preferred outcomes. Theoretical orientations that inform my approach include the following: Gottman Therapy, Emotion-focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Collaborative Therapy.
