Navigating relationships can be difficult and painful. Perhaps you feel disconnected from your partner and wonder if you can rediscover intimacy and closeness. Perhaps your relationship has experienced a trauma such as infidelity and you fear that the damage is irreparable. Perhaps you are locked into conflict patterns you can't seem to find your way out of. If so, then couple's counseling might be for you.
The first two sessions in my work with couples last 90 minutes each. In the first session, I will exploring your concerns and goals. In the second session, I will meet with each partner individually for 45 minutes. After these initial sessions, we will meet together for 55 minutes. I will ask you to complete online assessments in order to get a better picture of your relationship. The fee for these assessments is $39 per couple and is paid for when you access the material online.
For couples that desire extended sessions, I schedule 2 hour, half day, and full day intensive sessions. Intensives allow couples to address their goals in a focused format that can help them progress more quickly.
